We perform moves when someone has experienced a Fire or Water Damage in their home or business and their items need to be moved out in order to do complete restoration services.

Hours:
? 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required.
? Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent customer service.
? Perform on-site production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup.
? Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
? Develop production expertise: services, cleaning products, and equipment.
? Understand production and estimating processes.
? Follow the SERVPRO uniform policy.
? Complete documentation, as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
? High School Diploma/GED
? Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
? A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
? Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
? Must be able to pass a drug test.
? Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call when needed.
? Some night and weekend work is required.
? Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
? Ability to meet people in new or difficult situations and build rapport.
? Experience with Customer Service environment a plus.
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
? Very self-motivated and goal-oriented.
? Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
