Immediate opening for Corporate Administrative Position in Pelham
Our client, a light industrial staffing company, is growing at great speed. They have been in business for over 25 years and are looking for a strong, self- motivated, high-energy Corporate Administrative Assistant for their Pelham Corporate location.
They are looking for someone with strong customer service and excellent communication skills to succeed in this fast paced environment and provide administrative support to their corporate office.
Job Requirements:
o Ability to work with minimal supervision
o Must be proficient in Excel and Word o Must be familiar with Windows 7
o Must be easily trainable on various software packages used
o Must be familiar with Social Media
o College degree or equivalent experience a must
o Ability to work with people of different backgrounds
Job Responsibilities may include:
o Working with (31) regional branch offices to insure that all qualified employees are offered health insurance as required by the ACA and create and provide documentation.
o Assisting with the maintenance of Social Media presence and content.
o Assisting senior management on various projects.
Additional responsibilities for this position could include evaluating and/or documenting office production, assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedures for improved workflow, and assisting senior management with monitoring budget for office related items and staff.
Compensation: Great pay $40K
DOE, excellent benefits (2 weeks paid vacation, holiday pay, sick pay, medical and dental insurance and 401K).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
