Our service company is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in answering the phone and administrative tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in computerized systems.
Duties:
Working in a fast paced high call volume atmosphere.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
