Engineer Internship
OverviewThe Engineer Intern is responsible for assisting in the execution of new and retrofitted industrial automation projects.
This position will assist in designing, developing, implementing, and following up with a variety of projects throughout the platform.
The person who fills this position will collaborate with plant personnel, engineering, suppliers, and integrators.
Responsibilities Utilize engineering principles to assist in the performance of engineering duties Assist in the development of concepts for the automation of manufacturing processes Assist other engineers in on-going projects QualificationsRequired Education:
Enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering Bachelor's degree program.
Technical proficiency:
Strong understanding of automation technology.
Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to improve manufacturing processes.
Problem-solving skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Communication skills:
Effect written and oral communication with team members.
Attention to detail:
Meticulous in work and ability to pay close attention to details.
Time management:
Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changes in projects quickly and efficiently.
Team player:
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
