Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic scanners - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Promote sales by suggesting additional items or services to customers - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Assist with inventory management, pricing and restocking shelves as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electronics sales or a similar retail environment is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse customers - Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating sales totals - Proven ability to meet sales targets or goals - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
