Responsibilities:
Your Opportunity:
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to help us with our passion to create a great customer experience.
The position includes, but may not be limited to, the following responsibilities and activities.
Manage job ledgers and analyze revenue recognition.
Create and maintain schedule of values.
Cost adjustments for discrepancies between estimates and actual costs.
Process and log change orders and no-charge deliveries.
Process miscellaneous customer requests for material.
Request and receive project files Job closeout process including payment follow-up and customer survey Assist project managers as needed
Qualifications:
Exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service Ability to create and build strong customer relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Salesforce (or other CRM) experience a plus; basic computer skills a must (MS Excel) Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required In a nutshell - we need a go-getter that is looking for a career in the building materials industry What We Offer:
